Metal Roof Replacement 

Cornett & Cundiff, Inc. (CCi) provided construction documents consisting of floor plans, details, and specifications for replacement of five, steep-sloped metal/shingle roof areas with new kynar-finished, standing-seam metal roofing.  Project included providing new plywood sheathing and ice/water guard underlayment over all roof areas prior to installation of the new metal roofing.  New half round gutters/downspouts and cedar shake siding at dormers/eyebrows were also specified in an effort to maintain the original aspects of the 3,085 sq. ft., 90 year-old house on the Virginia Tech campus.
